I gladly accept returns, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, the following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Infinity Hearts Gifts hand makes, hand pours, hand labels and hand numbers all candles. We use 100% natural soy wax which burns clean, flat cotton wicks braided with thin paper threads which provides a consistent and steady flame and quality fragrance oils that smell amazing when lit but just as amazing when not lit.

Soy Candle Care Reminders

-Trim your wick to about 1/4" before lighting and relighting your candle. This will minimize soot and remove any mushrooming of carbon on the end of the wick. This is extremely important to ensure a long lasting candle.

- Please remember that our candles are handmade and hand poured one by one using natural soy wax, therefore every candle is unique. Therefore, you may notice areas where the wax didn't affix to the glass completely or where the wax on the top of your candle is uneven. Both of these minor blemishes usually disappear after you burn your candle the first time.  Please NEVER leave candles unattended.
